Littlefield Painting is a woman-owned and operated small business based in Bridgewater, MA. Owner and lead contractor Michelle “Shelly” Littlefield brings over 25 years of experience helping homeowners transform their spaces with fresh color and detailed finishing touches.

Our team specializes in a wide range of interior and exterior services, including new construction painting, exterior restoration, drywall and horsehair plaster repair, power washing, cabinet refinishing, deck staining, color consultations, furniture makeovers, and more. Littlefield Painting is fantastic! We had the whole interior of our house painted and Michelle and Byron were so efficient, so considerate of our time, our possessions and of the fact that they were in our home. We have a daughter with autism and Michelle went above and beyond to minimize disruption for her and so reduce stress on all of us. Michelle also helped us with the bewildering process of choosing colors for the walls and updating our hardware and blinds. She even purchased all the hardware on our behalf to make sure we had the correct items. On top of all this, we got quotes from several painting companies for this job and Michelle’s was the most reasonable. We would recommend Littlefield Painting without hesitation. They are lovely people and it was a pleasure to work with them.

I recently hired Littlefield Painting to paint the interior of my home, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The rooms they painted had 18 foot ceilings and they delivered! I have been telling my friends and family about the professionalism, respect for my home and the quality of the work. From the initial consultation to the final walk-through, the entire process was seamless and professional. The quality of their work is truly outstanding. They went above and beyond to ensure that all surfaces were properly prepped, and they even repaired a few minor imperfections in the walls before painting. Shelly even helped me replace a light fixture in my bathroom and painted trim that was not part of her original estimate. What impressed me most, however, was their commitment to customer satisfaction. At the end of the day I told them they could leave their equipment in the main living area and they adamantly refused! They cleaned up, dusted and moved their gear to my garage. Shelly told me when they leave they leave the house just as they entered it, without a trace of them being there. Shelly The Painter, owner of Littlefield Painting, along with Bryan, just finished work in our home truly exceeding all expectation. The job consisted of prep and painting of our kitchen, bathroom, family room, hallways, stairway, and ceilings throughout - as well as a tv cabinet. The stained wood windowsills also needed attention. I had put off the painting being unsure on paint color selection for the adjoining areas and wanting someone who was able and willing to work with me on that. You want someone detail oriented. And, good with communication, reliable, pleasant and easy to have in your home. Littlefield Painting covers it all. Shelly helped make the color selection manageable, coming by and listening to my ideas, dropping off paint color decks and suggesting paint colors as a starting point. She was patient and helpful throughout the process. Once she started the job, checking along the way that all was as expected and to satisfaction. I was impressed with the pains that went into doing the job right. Shelly and Byran take pride in what they do. Ceiling work, which wasn’t even on my radar, required repair and additional effort - all taken care of with ease. They look great now. The walls look beautiful, repaired as needed. The paint color is just right. All of the work was completed with the same attention to detail and expertise. My thanks for a job so well done. Littlefield is the best! Michelle is great to work with she’s responsive, efficient and very meticulous. She makes sure all the work done is done to perfection! She’s done several rooms in my house and also the whole outside! Her attention to detail can even be seen how she keeps her work areas tidy and like she was never there. Her vast experience is also beyond helpful when selecting paint colors and styles. She’s also helped with other various projects around our house. There’s no one else I’ve met that does the job better than Michelle!

A huge thank you to Littlefield Painting! I hired Shelly to paint my bedroom and stairwell, and wow! The results are stunning! Not only did Shelly walk me through selecting the proper colors, but she painted everything from the trim to the doors to the ceiling with such speed and efficiency that you would think she and Byron were a 10 person team. Shelly also repaired my seriously water damaged ceiling, fixed cabinet doors, and refinished the banister. Shelly is professional and absolutely meticulous in her work.
